-Any cancellation/ rescheduling with more than 24 hours notice is free of charge.

-Exchange only - no refund (for example you can exchange a lesson for a book of the same value in case you bought a course pack and want to discontinue the courses).

-Purchased lessons must be used within one year (for example you can't buy a lesson and use it 3 years later, after one year the course expires).
